The saying “it takes a village” rings especially true in the world of animal rescue and sheltering. It is important to provide support to each other, which will, in turn, help to save the lives of more animals in need of a chance.

Maxwell’s Mission connects with rescues/shelters in Southeast USA that are in need of placing their rescue dogs and cats in foster homes. We find foster families in Maryland to foster them. Rescues especially in the Southeast are overwhelmed with the number of animals needing foster placement. Our organization gives smaller rescues the opportunity to source more possible foster options.  We also provide transport via car caravans. We are a small operation dedicated to helping small rescues, one animal at a time. The animals fostered are provided with a safe place for them to land until they find their forever homes.
